HAVE REINCARNATION, long-duration counter, have laser damage reduction (you may need to choose when and what to get hit from to active it effectively). NO REINCARNATION, better to pack with revival Brobots. A consistent bullet stream and a pendulum ưhich swing around to clear the bullet. Have a disposal 2 layers shield, which means you can take at least two hits before being hurt. The auto-generated shield is better than the Golden Star Shield since it also clears the nearby enemies and bullets when breaks. Very good armor, the sword can clear enemy bullets nicely and deal a lot of damage when they're trying to reach you.
Handy note for old world rares upgrade#
(If your planes are below S rank, please consider to upgrade them to S first.) If your plane is not yet at X (where we can sacrifice the shield instead of armor for counter activation), consider other planes or play with risk. Planes: For survival, your plane perks and styles will focus on a long counter, reincarnation, high armor, bullet clear and also good AOE damage. To mention, I will separate this section in two parts, one is for players who seek for survival, just want to complete the run and don't f*cking care about 1 piece reward, and another for hard-core with good maneuver skill, risk everything just for 1 piece of the Brobot. I have a few discs left from the previous Invasion if you're concerning. My current drop rate (consider I have consistent flawless victories at 70%): 41 runs - 179 cards. (You can watch clips for 5 discs, and another 2 from 5 trials completion quests) Navdisc from previous Invasion events is reusable. It will just deal massive damage over time. The impenetrable shield doesn't one-hit kill enemies. NO TIMER, if you have planes, brobots with perks, devices with armor or shield generation, just fly around and try not to hit the last enemy if you're in the need of armor or shield.
